A transformative summer

I’ve spent parts of more than 40 summers in Algonquin Park, north of Toronto. It’s a 3,000 square mile provincial park and home to some of the oldest summer camps in Canada.

I’ve written about the experience a few times, most notably here.

This summer, they have a few job openings. I’m particularly interested in helping them recruit people interested in leading, teaching, connecting and becoming a better version of themselves. I’ll be doing virtual training and coaching for folks in May and June, and on-site coaching as the summer approaches.

I learned leadership by leading others, teaching by teaching others, and I did it at camp.

If you’re lucky enough to have three months open this summer and want to grow (and hang out with some extraordinary humans in a beautiful place) I hope you’ll apply. The pay is less than you’d hope, but if this resonates with you, I hope you’ll check it out.

Work worth doing with people who care.

Fill out this simple form if you’d like to be invited to a group Zoom call to ask questions and discuss with Seth. It’s scheduled for leap day. Or you can reach out to the camp directly at info@camparowhon.com
